An abandoned child
Children are always a blessing but they also come with struggles right?Having a child at an early age and also being a single parent is hard. Nowadays there are a lot of single parents, the other parent may be deceased and sometimes it may be that the other parent does not wanna take full responsibility of the child.
So today we are going to talk about how being raised by a single parent may have a negative effect on one's life ,especially if the other parent neglected you as a child . The parent that is raising you may tried hard to make you not fill the void of not having another parent, gives you endless love and provides for you, but as you grow and learn that the other parent neglected you,you start to develop trust issues ,anger issues ,anxiety and depression.
This is caused by common sense that may make you think anyone who enters your life will leave you , and you usually have problems in your relationships and only to find out that you may be the problem .You have some unresolved issues within and you need closure .As one grows older they become lonely because they keep pushing people away as they were also pushed away. There are people who are always willing to help you ,let them be and find your way to being your self .
I am raising an awareness that do not run away from a responsibility especially the one that is a child ,because it's human and you abandoning the child may cause many mental issues in the future as they develop.

I believe this is a beautiful piece that most people can deeply relate to and a matter of child abandonment is a never ending issue.
ReplyDeleteIt will never end because there are still upcoming single parents.
DeleteThis is actually deeper than anyone can imagine. The fact that I can really relate to it makes me think that this is basically something that most people can relate to. I love it ♥️such an amazing piece.

DeleteNeglection happens every times and it has damaged a lot of people.
DeleteI can relate to this 😥it hurt to feel neglected and rejected by your own parents💔.Most kids grow up having no purpose of living and achieving big things in life because there's no one that will support them in achieving those dreams🥺
ReplyDeleteAnd some always feel unwanted, I'm sorry you relate to this stay strong Queen❤️
DeleteBeautiful piece 🤌🏽🔥and I think we all relate to this
ReplyDeleteIt may not be all of us but most of us do relate and I hope we heal from the things we don't talk about.
Delete🫂 I think this is the best piece I have come across. Most people can relate to this especially young people, and it sad that is a never ending problem to the society and the world. Amazing piece looking forward for more piece like this one.
ReplyDeleteAnd I think young people should be taught not to neglect their children in the future so that we would not have many more damaged souls.
DeleteReading this made me realise how I’ve been acting like everything is fine about being raised by one parent n it has no effects on me but it a lie,I was raised by my father my mother is fully alive she didn’t want us to be in her life and ruin things with her husband coz till this day the husband doesn’t know about me and my brother, all this instilled hatred I became a bully and a fighter I struggled with anger issues, trust issues it becomes very worse if you an over thinker
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that you had to go through this, I hope you stay strong.
DeleteLiterally the best I’ve read in a while. I am for one who was raised by a single teenage parent and it’s never easy as it seems. Raising such awareness will reduce these burden we carry from childhood not to pass to the next generation.
ReplyDeleteYah it's not fair to just leave a child. sometimes we have to take responsibilities of our actions
ReplyDeleteSad reality💔
ReplyDeleteIt is very hurtful to rejected and neglected by your own parents 💔😭
ReplyDeleteI am at a loss for words
ReplyDeleteThis is why I always say that if you not ready for a baby stay away for baby making process. Our government has made things so easy for us that contraceptives are free. Honestly this economy we are doesn't allow us to bring babies especially if you are financially disadvantaged. People are face traumas but want to have babies. I just think we should all heal, be mentally and financially prepared for babies to avoid raising another "sad" generation.
ReplyDeleteBabies are a lot of responsibility and if can't afford one ,then don't have one because it all leads to unnecessary things that end affecting the child.
DeleteFinally someone said it 😭❤️ it's hurt to say this is reality....I so wish the government could do something about this.
ReplyDeleteAve kubuhlungu ukukhula wazi ukuthi umzali wakho oyedwa wakushiya noma wakulahla usasemncane. Iskhathi esiningi uyaye ukhule unolaka kunanoma Ubani ohlangana naye. Lokho ngikusho ngoba ngiseke ngadlula kuleso Simo😭.
ReplyDeleteSiyabonga Sinenhlanhla, ukuthi ikwazile ukuveza amaphuzu akanjena engicabanga ukuthi ayasifundisa
